These fabulous vintage shoes are a very rare find. They are a pair of 1940s peeptoe 'pinup' heels in a very hard to find larger size. 1940s shoes are almost impossible to find above a size UK 4 - so to find a UK size 5 1/2 (American 8 1/2) which these are, is amazing!

These are a fantastic design in black suede with a rounded toe and cutout peeptoe. They have the most amazing curled design on the front of the shoe and a sexy but comfortable 3 inch heel. Vintage shoes like this were usually hand-made and are very comfortable. The insole measures 10 inches.

These are vintage shoes and are 60 years old - considering this they are in fantastic condition. Structurally they are in very good condition and are very wearable. They have been very well made, with a leather sole and very supportive structure to the shoe that makes them very comfortable. The soles do show wear - they are wearable as they are but could probably do with new soles - and they need new heel tips, but with some tlc these fantastic little shoes will last another 60 years!

These are fabulous, rare original 1940s shoes in a stunning style and a very hard to find size. They look fantastic with a little vintage tea dress for that authentic 1940s look!
